By accessing or using Yarvis, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the application. 1. Acceptance of Terms By using Yarvis, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you are using Yarvis on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. 2. Description of Service Yarvis is a web application that allows users to complete a form, pay a fee, and automatically generate a cover letter for individuals applying for a student visa in Canada. The service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, immigration, or professional advice. 3. User Responsibilities By using Yarvis, you agree to: * Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information in the form. * Use the generated cover letter responsibly and ensure it complies with the requirements of the Canadian visa application process. * Not use Yarvis for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. * Not attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or misuse the application. * Pay all applicable fees for the service, as detailed in Section 5 (Fees and Payments). 4. Intellectual Property All content, features, and functionality of Yarvis, including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Yarvis or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. 5. Fees and Payments * Fees: Users must pay a fee to access the cover letter generation service. The fee will be clearly displayed before completing the payment. * Payment Methods: We accept payments through the Stripe platform. * Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy or required by law. * Taxes: You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your use of Yarvis. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties Yarvis is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that: * The service will be error-free or uninterrupted. * The generated cover letter will meet your specific needs or result in a successful visa application. * The information provided by Yarvis will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. 7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yarvis and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the application. 8. Privacy Policy Your use of Yarvis is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
